One excellent reason for choosing UK is its location. Lexington frequently appears in Top 10 “most livable” cities lists. It combines opportunities for fun you would expect to find in a big city yet offers a comfortable, small town atmosphere. Lexington is set in beautiful horse farm country within easy drive of Red River Gorge and other places for camping, hiking and getting away from it all.
The University of Kentucky Department of Civil Engineering office is located in room 161 of the Raymond Building (OHR).
Recommended parking is in the Limestone Avenue Parking Structure (#5). A pedestrian bridge across South Limestone is accessible from the 2nd floor of the parking structure.
To get to the Limestone Avenue Parking Structure: From downtown, take Upper Street south. From New Circle Road, take Nicholasville Road (Limestone Ave.) north.
