Juan Diego Hodgson is an international student from San Pedro Sula, Honduras, and is currently majoring in civil engineering. He wants to focus his education on construction engineering, in which he wants to build environmentally-friendly and efficient structures and someday have his own construction company. He is part of the Engineering Ambassadors but is also involved on campus as the International Student Ambassador Coordinator, Secretary to the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE),  UK 101 peer mentor, and Research Partner with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. During his free time, Juan Diego likes to spend time with family, play guitar, travel and meet new cultures and people, and hang out with friends.
