Brysen is from Pine Top, Kentucky, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to being a Student Ambassador, he is currently part of the L. Stanley Pigman Scholarship Program and the UK Engineering Living Learning Program. Brysen is also in the Scholars in Engineering and Management (SEAM) Honors pathway within the Lewis Honors College, and he plans to attain his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) as part of the Engineering/MBA Dual Degree Program before leaving UK. In the future, Brysen plans on working an internship or co-op before graduating and pursuing a career in rollercoaster engineering. In his free time, Brysen enjoys playing tennis, watching UK athletics and spending time with friends and family.
