Paul Ross works in IT and Analysis, where he supports the technology for a number of the Center’s transportation research projects. Mr. Ross has experience working with Windows and Mac environments in desktop and server applications, and he specializes in video and multimedia applications that are used in marketing and communications. Mr. Ross has been the Keynote Speaker for the Kentucky Association of Government Communicators on the topic of video production. He holds a Bachelor’s from the University of Kentucky and is currently pursuing a Master’s in ICT.
