Tim Scully has 37 years of transportation related research experience with the Center. He has extensive knowledge of material testing, pavement drainage systems, pavement warranties, crack suppression techniques, soil stabilization, and pavement analysis utilizing a Falling Weight Deflectometer. He works with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet to evaluate pavement friction as part of the Highway Safety Improvement Program. He also assists the Cabinet with new product performance evaluation.
