One-day (10/27) Registration	Rate valid through Oct. 27 and On-site $150

 

Registration fee includes attendance to all sessions, lunch and coffee breaks. 

One-day rate is for Thursday Oct 27 only and includes meals.  

Cancellations and Substitutions

Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to dana.harrod@uky.edu.

• Cancellations received by or before October 22^th are assessed a $50 processing fee.
• Cancellations received after October 22^th or after are not refundable.

Attendee substitutions may be made from the same organization at any time and must be submitted in writing.
