Goble Wins Outstanding Teaching Faculty Award

Christine Goble, a lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Kentucky, received an Outstanding Teaching Faculty Award at the 2018 Provost Awards ceremony held April 19.

Christine Goble, a lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Kentucky, received an Outstanding Teaching Faculty Award at the 2018 Provost Awards ceremony held April 19.

The Outstanding Teaching Faculty and Teaching Assistant Awards annually recognize faculty and graduate teaching assistants who demonstrate special dedication and outstanding performance in the classroom or laboratory. Recipients were selected via nomination and reviewed by a selection committee based in the Office for Faculty Advancement.

Goble earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from UK. She began teaching in the UK College of Engineering in 1997.
